Sefton Carers Centre offers guidance and advice for anyone who works with carers in Sefton.

We link into a variety of services, both statutory and voluntary. With our network partners we aim to ensure that the information and advice we provide is current and purposeful, to help keep carers caring in Sefton.

If you work with carers in health, education or social care we may be able to help.

Referrals should be made via the Liquid Logic Adults' Social Care System (LAS) if you have access to this system and are referring a carer for an (adult) Carers Assessment.
