The Carers Energy Support team are here to help our carers identify where they can make energy savings in their home.  We can give advice on how to reduce energy costs; provide free energy saving measures; help make sense of energy bills and signpost where to access help with paying for outstanding energy costs.  We have adopted a whole house approach which identifies other larger projects in the home that may need referral to partner organisations for grants to replace or repair boilers and provide larger energy saving measures such as loft insulation.
