Building Exterior SMLSefton Carers Centre provides free advice and guidance, emotional and practical support, training and a range of holistic therapies for unpaid carers living in Sefton.

A carer is someone of any age who provides unpaid support to family or friends who could not manage without this help. This could be caring for a relative, partner or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health or substance misuse problems.

In order to access all of our services for free you will need to register with us. By providing us with your details you will receive information and support which is tailored to your individual needs.

Once you are registered with us we can arrange for a Carer's Assessment which will look at the different ways in which your caring role affects your life.

However, if you decline an assessment you will still be able to access our information and advice, as well as any other support and help from local organisations that may benefit to you in your caring role.
