At Sefton Carers Centre we recognise that the impact of your caring role may affect your mental health and physical wellbeing.
We offer a number of free holistic therapies to help promote rest and relaxation.
All of our therapists are fully qualified and maintain high professional standards of care. To access Sefton Carers Centre holistic therapies, if you are not currently registered with us, we request that you register with is as an unpaid carer. Once registered you may then request a holistic therapies referral by calling 0151 288 6060 / via our contact page here
Please note : Specific medical conditions and medication will need to be discussed with your therapist prior to any holistic treatments commencing. If you have any concerns with accessing a holistic therapy treatment whilst undergoing medical treatment, please discuss this with your GP and the holistic therapist prior to accessing your appointment.
