A Carers Assessment is a person-centred and detailed account of the caring role from the perspective of the carer.

It considers the impact of the caring role on the carer’s emotional and mental well-being as well as their physical health and how caring may be affecting their ability to access work, leisure, education or wider family and other significant relationships.

The outcome of the assessment is to identify impact and need for services and provide support

For more information, see our Carer’s Assessment page
