Sefton Carers Centre Newsletter - February 2026

Welcome to the latest edition of our quarterly newsletter where you’ll find updates on a wide range of support, activities and news for carers across Sefton. In this issue we highlight the Annual Carers Survey 2026, our new AI Assistant telephone line and information about Sefton Support Group’s Wellbeing Hub. You’ll also find details on free access to the Carers UK Digital Resource, Young Carers Action Day, and the SEND Parent and Carer Survey. We share updates on monthly pop-in events, feedback on our 999 ReUnite wristbands, Blue Badge support sessions and the new Carers Respite Service at Ince Blundell Hall. This edition also includes important local information such as Sefton Council’s new council tax exemption for terminal illness, opportunities to take part in focus groups, new funding schemes, and NHS and Adult Social Care engagement surveys. As always, we’ve included full listings of our coffee mornings, groups, carers cafés and the wide range of free courses and wellbeing activities available to support you in your caring role.
