Blue Badge Drop-In
Please join us on Thursday 30th October or Thursday 27th November between 1pm-4pm at Sefton Carers Centre where you can take the opportunity to get all the Blue Badge information you need and help to fill in a Blue Badge application form. We request that you bring in as much evidence as possible to make the process easier.
Requested Evidence (Where applicable)
- Confirmation of Address
- Confirmation of Identity
- One photo of yourself (Passport-sized and in colour)
- £10 Cheque or Postal Order, made payable to ‘Sefton MBC’
- A copy of Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
- Evidence of higher rate of mobility component for DLA
- Evidence of PIP, invluding points page for “Moving Around” and for “10 points for planning a journey” criteria
- Evidence of War Pensioner’s Mobility Supplement
- Evidence of Reserve Forces (Compensation) Scheme
- Copy of Prescription
- Evidence of Vehicle Insurance Verifying Adaptation(s)
